The magic of the holiday season returns as River Lights Winter Festival celebrates its Opening Night on Saturday, November 15th in downtown Amherstburg.

The evening begins with the Super Santa 5K Run/Walk/Wheel at 5:00pm, followed by the Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6:00pm, and includes live music from Sisters of Choice, free hot chocolate and cookies, the grand opening of the Walker Gingerbread Warming House, and a spectacular fireworks show.

Visitors can experience River Lights throughout the holiday season, with hundreds of light displays illuminating King’s Navy Yard Park, Toddy Jones Park, and downtown Amherstburg until January 4th, 2026.
